Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship all packages within 5 business days. Once available, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number may be provided before the parcel has been collected by the shipping company. If it hasn't shown progress after several days, please let us know by reaching out to our customer service team.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll promptly resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement at no cost.

Print books may or may not come with a signature page. Kelsie occasionally attends book signings at various times of the year. Check out our upcoming events for the one nearest you.

For international orders, please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We cannot guarantee a specific box or swag item with your order as we are constantly making an effort to improve our packaging to ensure books arrive safely to you. Your order is for the book(s). The additional swag or packaging is a perk, not guaranteed with your order.
